In 2025, Keon made history as the first Black president of South Carolina REALTORS® in its 81-year history—an achievement that reflects both her professional excellence and her dedication to advancing equity and opportunity within the industry.
Keon’s leadership journey includes serving as president of the Pee Dee REALTOR® Association, as well as holding key positions at the state level including secretary, treasurer, and president-elect. She is also a director for the National Association of REALTORS® and holds prestigious designations such as At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), underscoring her commitment to professionalism and inclusive service.
Beyond real estate, Keon is deeply rooted in her community. She has supported and served organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Harvest Hope, reflecting her passion for giving back and helping others build stronger futures.
